Rags to Riches Reno for this Red Hill Colonial

Project Complete joined forces with PS Property to take on the development of an old colonial cottage on 590m2 in Red Hill, Brisbane. The cottage was built circa 1915 and had only seen minor renovations in the years since.

As innovative and out of the box thinkers, Harry and his partner chose to work with the like minded team at Myers Ellyet Architects to ensure the house plans not only paid respect to its original character but made good use of the available space and incorporated a mix of contemporary finishes.

Blackline Builders were engaged for their expertise in transforming older homes into elegant, modern spaces.

The end result was a stunning home, perfect for a young family to enjoy for years to come.

Under Construction

The cottage was raised and the facade maintained, preserving its connection to the character of the Red Hill streetscape.
