A neglected colonial first caught our eye in early 2022 but we were pipped at the post by another buyer. However, fate brought us back together later that year and this little gem became ours to lovingly restore.

Our first instinct was to give it a quick lick of paint, install basic bathrooms and a kitchen, making it liveable and selling as an entry level inner-city home, but as time went on we fell in love with the street and the aspect and decided to complete a full scale renovation. The result was a four bedroom, modern colonial spread over one generous level – making it a perfect home for a downsizer, retiree or young family.
