Architect designed in the 1990’s and recently purchased as an investment property, the interior of this inner-city Brisbane home was dated and required a facelift to be positioned as a premium rental.
Working with Blackline Builders and a number of our specialist partners this project was an express renovation. Following a thorough consultation and design process, in just 12 weeks we managed to complete a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry, flooring, painting, carport construction, a pool makeover and landscaping.
Following the renovation, it has been estimated that the rental value of the property has increased in the order of 30%. In addition, our clients will also capitalise on the property’s depreciation benefits whilst enjoying the freedom of a low-maintenance investment.
